I found the material that these seat covers to be made out of to be two different types. The canvas section was where the most wear would be put on the covers. The material was a lot more light weight than I had expected.
The rest of the material was even more light weight and seemed to be rather flimsy.
The stitching on the covers was OK except ther was not much trimming done on the extra stitching overrun. The tabs sewn on the cover that are used to run the elastic cord through to secure the cover are attached very weakly, and I had one actually come off while installing the cover. Luckily my wife is very handy with a sewing machine and she quickly reattached the loop and re enforced all the remaining loops.
The covers for the console fit pretty well but one of the elastics that held it on was twisted. Once again my wife came to the rescue and corrected the problem.
I am happy with the fit of the covers and they look pretty nice. I guess time will tell how they hold up to wear.
